Quartz

Quartz is an engineered stone, it is not a natural product. It is composed of 93% crushed up quartz crystals, mixed with a bonding agent resulting in a compound material that is nonporous and incredibly strong. Quartz is a hygienic, nonporous, scratch resistant, and beautiful material, making it a perfect option for any indoor countertops.

Quartz slabs are made using a process known as compaction by vibro-compression vacuum. This process was developed by Breton Stone in Italy during the 1960’s and 1970’s and holds the patent on how quartz is made around the world. All materials created with the Brenstone process may be found in various quartz brands.

We recommend a sponge or paper towel with a mild liquid dish soap and water for basic daily cleaning. Our products are virtually maintenance free and require very little attention. As a non-porous, stain-resistant product, there is no need to seal your quartz surface. It will remain as beautiful as the day it was installed, throughout the years.
